I’ve been a regular customer at many dispos, usually have great experiences with their customer service, especially with returns or exchanges. this recent visit was disappointing. I ordered an all-in-one pen that was supposed to include a *detachable* battery, but was told it was out of stock. Over the phone, I was assured I’d receive a comparable replacement that also included a detachable battery. Instead, I was given a cart without a battery, which I cannot use. While I appreciate the attempt to substitute the item, this didn’t match what was promised over the phone. I had specifically purchased this for my mother’s birthday before she returned home, it was upsetting not to receive the product as described. I hope communication & substitutions can be handled more clearly in the future 🙏🏽
