I ordered at 5:50 pm expecting a 30–60 min delivery. Ten minutes later, I got an email saying ETA was closer to 10 pm. The order finally arrived at 10:50—five hours late and after my bedtime. It came crammed into a tiny bag that shredded immediately. Would not recommend and won’t order again.

Ordered at 8pm. Never heard anything from them and was stuck on prepping order. I called, texted, emailed… Nothing. 10 pm they close. Still says prepping order. Now I go to cancel my order and I have to call them to cancel… which they have no one answer. Genuinely embarrassing customer service. Also I look through their reviews and other people have had the same issues. But their response is the some AI bs every time. Clearly this is just a terrible business, don’t buy from them.
