These guys are the only ones you can expect to show up on time with the right stuff. Highly recommend.

Order placed at 2:45. Got a text at 3:00 that my order would head out around 3:45. Then at 4:00 got a text that said the estimated delivery time would be 6:00. I told them I'd be out then and asked if they could deliver at 9:15. They agreed. At 9:15 and again at 9:45 I asked if they were still coming (no reply). Then I got a text at 10:30 that said they'd arrive at 11:30.

I decided to check out this new store. Even though I had stuff to do later, the delivery was supposed to take 30-60 minutes, so I thought waiting around for an hour wouldn't be a big deal. Placed my order at 4:00, and the price showed $77. But when I hit "purchase," it jumped to $83 - first red flag. Then I got an email saying they needed to talk to me, so I texted them, and they said there's nothing to discuss. Noticed the ETA changed to 4-5 hours instead of 30-60 minutes. By 9:15, I texted for an updated ETA, and they said 9:50-10:00, pretty specific. But at 10 pm, they texted saying they can't deliver by the legal cutoff time and asked if I want it tomorrow. Nah, not interested.
