Decent product, whatever prices. Just like the other reviews say they market as being in Murrieta but they’re not so it takes hours to deliver to you. Even though there is a window, they arrive right before the end of the window or after. If you don’t mind waiting hours for your smoke then they’re alright.

Their delivery windows make them a very annoying place to work with. I ordered around noon, got given a delivery spread that was four hours away, and then the delivery finally got here a few minutes before the end of the window. Sure they got here 'on time'. Friendly driver, and predictable product. I ain't okay with waiting 6-7 hours on an order though. Definitely lets me know what kind of "priority" this place puts on their customer service. Buyer Beware. Especially when there are other delivery services who deliver MUCH more quickly. See ya 'round. Not.

Called to tell me order couldn't be delivered as promised, offered to deliver tomorrow for minor discount or deliver tonight with express offerings. I spoke with the rep on the phone, they said the big ticket item in my cart was available. They didn't tell me that the only connection with the item I chose was the brand. It went from a well reviewed sativa to an unknown indica, but I told them on the phone that I specifically wanted sativa. This was the only item that had real value in the order, and it's completely different than what I ordered.

Pricing - The pricing here is extremely fair, especially for the 420 deals that they were running. I’m on Weedmaps all day long looking at different delivery services in storefronts (I’m a vendor) It always bums me out when I see people jack up their prices a days before or on 420 and then make it look like they’re giving this awesome deal when they’re barely under MSRP. That was totally not the case with Med-leaf. They were running fantastic deals. They easily beat out any other of the delivery services in the French Valley Placed an order around 6:45 store called to confirm all items and replace the one that was out of stock. The person over the phone gave great comparables. Received my order around 9:30 PM so I’m assuming I was one of the last stops of the day. Service: My delivery driver was Ellie. Knowing I was at the end of somebody’s day and route and it’s 420 I wasn’t expecting much. Got the total opposite Ellie had a friendly and bubbly attitude and was total pleasure to speak with. You’d think I was the first stop of the route!
