Awesome delivery Service and great 420 deals!

Pricing - The pricing here is extremely fair, especially for the 420 deals that they were running. I’m on Weedmaps all day long looking at different delivery services in storefronts (I’m a vendor) It always bums me out when I see people jack up their prices a days before or on 420 and then make it look like they’re giving this awesome deal when they’re barely under MSRP. That was totally not the case with Med-leaf. They were running fantastic deals. They easily beat out any other of the delivery services in the French Valley Placed an order around 6:45 store called to confirm all items and replace the one that was out of stock. The person over the phone gave great comparables. Received my order around 9:30 PM so I’m assuming I was one of the last stops of the day. Service: My delivery driver was Ellie. Knowing I was at the end of somebody’s day and route and it’s 420 I wasn’t expecting much. Got the total opposite Ellie had a friendly and bubbly attitude and was total pleasure to speak with. You’d think I was the first stop of the route!

Little irritated with this delivery service, their system wasn’t updated with my information, so they canceled my order after it was placed through Weedmaps. You’d think the customer’s information would be transferred to them. But, that’s not the case. I placed my order at 2:47pm didn’t find out about the cancellation until 3:45pm. after getting everything squared away and having to update my information on there side, Im now told it’s going to be another 3hrs before they can make it to me. I understand things happen and sometimes it’s out our hands but a little frustrating and kind of sucks when the issue was on there side and you’re stuck taking the crap end of the stick.

I was glad to see they had papas select on deck.next level rosin! anyways,I was thankful for the delivery to Murrieta, although it did take a very long time .I'm a very patient person but as I've read a lot of reviews on WM and I know other customers would not be too happy. the order was correct and on point.also had everything I wanted from the menu in stock.nice FTp discount! good company 👍
