I have been going to The Green Room for a some time. All the staff are helpful and pleasant. Carol is one of the staff that helps me when I shop. She is knowledgeable on all the products and has great recommendations. She also remembers what I like and makes sure I'm completely satisfied before I leave the shop.

Great In Store! - Not Dependable Delivery
Updated Review: I had a bad delivery experience and originally left a bad review. I really liked a specific product here, so I tried going to the store instead. They were awesome! So I went again. Awesome again! Now, I'm updating my review. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks so much! 😁 Original Review: I placed a delivery order. It was confirmed via text twice. I waited a full hour for arrival and they abruptly canceled my order. I called, they were not friendly, said they don’t know what's going on, but it's canceled and their driver is gone for the day. Great, now everywhere was closed. I rely on medical. This was mean. He didn’t offer any apology and tried to flip it on me like it was somehow my fault. If you don't accept deliveries until 7pm as listed, then please update your time. They failed at everything this day. It’s a shame, I placed an order a different day and had a good experience. I'll stick to my better delivery place and here in store. 😉👍

bad recommendation
my fiance went in to buy raw garden and rove cartridge last Saturday (3-20-21). they did not have raw garden so he asked what would be comparable to it and she recommended something sooo bad. I can't even find it on their page. do not listen to the bud tenders here. I feel like they're just trying to sell stuff that has been sitting on the shelf for a while. the cartridge clogged up in one day lol. you know we were buying good quality stuff and thought you guys could get away with selling us some low quality bs? funny
