2 hours lost. No order received. I placed an order through Weedmaps. I called this place to see if everything was good. They shared a weird policy that ID address must match physical address. I asked if a utility bill that matches my ID and name would work. They checked with manager and approved it. Over an hour later nothing. I called back. They said the driver left a long time ago with my order. 45 mins later a driver called me to say he would not deliver my order. He said no one approved my order, it was never packed, and no driver had left with it. I asked why I was lied to and he acted like I was making it up. I called the main line again and they argued and hung up on me. DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP!! You deserve to go out of business.

ALWAYS UNDER WEIGHT ☹️ These *used to be* a good product. Now they are HALF what you pay for. West Coast Cure should be ashamed. They changed to hilariously long filters to try to hide this. Intentional. Scam.

Updated Review: I had a bad delivery experience and originally left a bad review. I really liked a specific product here, so I tried going to the store instead. They were awesome! So I went again. Awesome again! Now, I'm updating my review. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks so much! 😁 Original Review: I placed a delivery order. It was confirmed via text twice. I waited a full hour for arrival and they abruptly canceled my order. I called, they were not friendly, said they don’t know what's going on, but it's canceled and their driver is gone for the day. Great, now everywhere was closed. I rely on medical. This was mean. He didn’t offer any apology and tried to flip it on me like it was somehow my fault. If you don't accept deliveries until 7pm as listed, then please update your time. They failed at everything this day. It’s a shame, I placed an order a different day and had a good experience. I'll stick to my better delivery place and here in store. 😉👍
