Living in a very mellow area of Palos Verdes, I like to keep my business low key and quick. I like efficiency, easy user interface and a sense of confidence that doesn't have me wasting my time hoping someone gets my order right. Higher purpose equals all of the above. I was established quickly with a wait time of approx 15 minutes or less as a new client. I followed by texting my order with a follow up text within minutes letting me know of my approx wait time. 58 minutes later (ahead of schedule), I received a complimentary text letting me know my delivery was ten minutes away. Car description was included. Perfect for my sense of security and preferance of doing business. The driver was great. No trench coat style deal, no sketchy scene. Professionalism, nice car, friendly and accurate. The driver seemed to adhere to a standard of company policy which is important to look for in an established service. The total transaction time took less than a minute and I walked away a satisfied client. Following orders were the same. There have been NO bad experiences; a rarity to say the least. They have won my business, so much so I have decided to write a review which is a rarity too.
