I’ve been a steady customer here for a while because the prices and quality are usually great, but after coming back tonight I think I’m over this place. I had just driven back from LA, exhausted after a long day. I figured since I was already passing through, I’d stop in quickly. I live about 30 minutes away, so I wanted to save time. I got there around 9:48 PM (store closes at 10, last call at 9:55). I knew exactly what I wanted and wasn’t there to waste anyone’s time. However, the security guard’s energy made it clear he just wanted me out; had a passive aggressive vibe. As someone who also works in retaiI I get how it feels to be closing late (but compared to you, I sometimes have to stay past closing for an hour or more). I don’t get to rush people out; I have to stay professional and help them because that’s part of the job. I thought this place was called Mr. Nice Guy — didn’t really feel that way tonight

I first shopped at Mr. Nice Guy a couple months ago. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of bud. Usually I stay away from $50 ounces from other dispensaries because they tend to be dry and lack kief. The bud here is great, I have no complaints. However, I can’t say the same thing about their honesty. I had not used my 40% off FTP deal at all since I started shopping here. In the 3 times I visited Mr. Nice Guy, they reassured me that I would be able to use that deal and “it would ALWAYS be there”. A couple days ago I visited this dispensary to use my FTP deal on a live resin cartridge. The employees told me that there was a new REWARDS program. They also let me know that my original FTP deal was gone and they had no way to retrieve it from the “system”. I’ve heard the “our systems changed/not working” excuse many times before; a little too convenient. All I want as a customer is a little transparency. I don’t like this bait and switch technique. If I’m told that a FTP will be available until I use it then I expect it to be there. This is completely unprofessional. While their deals can be great, their customer service and ability to tell the truth are questionable at best.

Great deals, great variety. The edibles, wax, and flower are all great quality.

Their selection is great. I love the variety. The service is always fast and reliable.
