My experience with Frost today was terrible from start to finish: * Stolen money & wrong order: They brought the wrong items, which were far cheaper than what I paid for. I was basically robbed. * Verbal abuse: When I politely informed the driver of the mistake, he responded with: "Oh, not my problem. F&*€you." * Zero accountability: I called the store immediately to report the incident, but they completely brushed me off and offered no help or resolution whatsoever. It is completely unacceptable to steal from customers and treat them this way. Please do not order from here!
