first time ordering from frost and i was surprised by the lack of communication and details during the delivery process, seemed kinda unprofessional. i placed my order, and instead of receiving the expected confirmation of my info and order total and a photo of the order contents, i received a text with just an eta and welcoming a tip. i asked if they'd confirm my order and they just replied "coming." then another eta. i explained i've never had a delivery en route without any sort of confirmation from the dispensary, he replied with my info and order total but at this point he was practically at my house and never confirmed the contents of my order. once he was here i was able to hurriedly count the number of cartridge boxes and confirm the quantity was correct, but when i double-checked the strains today i discovered that, sure enough, a cart i'd ordered was missing and another i hadn't ordered was in its place. and no one's responded to my texts reporting the error.
