All was great product wise. The Map location of my home always on the street behind me even though I’ve reached out 5/6 times to each driver, to the front office in Santa Ana as well as in person and on the phone. Wish someone could get that part fixed!

The problem with this place is that they’ll tell you :45 minutes-2:30 hrs for the delivery, and that’s already a big gap. But then 2 1/2 hours roll around and they send you a message that your order is just going out for delivery now and your estimated delivery time is in another hour and a half. Ended up waiting four hours to get something and you get locked out. You can’t do anything about it. They offered me $10, for being an hour and a half late. That tells me, they don’t value your time at all. Entry level at McDonald’s gets more per hour. And it’s not like Doordash you can’t order from somewhere else and wait for the one that’s gonna take a long time and this place has learned to take advantage of that. I used to know when they’re backed up, they’ve given me longer delivery times before where it said up to 4hrs, and I called and canceled. Instead you’re sitting there waiting the 2 1/2 hours and when you find out ,it’s too late because it’s gonna take an hour from anywhere
