Got the stizzzy pods fine. Didn’t get the correct 2 orders of infused Sativa blue dream mini prerolls. Instead a hydrid preroll and a indica preroll were substituted without a call and discovered upon delivery when I checked the bag in front of the deliver driver. He said call the Frosty site where order goes in. I did. A girl said I would get a call back later. Crickets…. Nothing, do at 9 pm I called, call went to message machine that was full so I sent my phone number message as they requested. It’s now Saturday at 9:15, no call or text still. I’ll wait till noon and call again. Very annoying they don’t follow thru with their mistake.!

So far not so good! Put in an am order for 7 items. Came at 12:06, on time but driver went to wrong address. Their App. Incorrect 🤔. So texted him I’m one block north. He came to my curb, I made the purchase. Getting inside I open up order, found only 3 items, 2 were wrong product😩. Texted driver with receipt and a photo of what I got. He sent info to the Manager, he also texted apology and that they would redeliver corrected order soon. It’s 2:40, I’m still waiting. Didn’t think I’d have to stay home all afternoon for their mistake. App shows close Fullerton location to me. Disappointed 😔

All was great product wise. The Map location of my home always on the street behind me even though I’ve reached out 5/6 times to each driver, to the front office in Santa Ana as well as in person and on the phone. Wish someone could get that part fixed!
