I’ve gone to so many different dispos around the bay from San Jose to SF and I can confidently say this is the best dispo in Bay Area. In terms of everything. These guys are just awesome! Every time I’ve been here the staff have been friendly and helpful!!! Emphasize on HELPFUL, because so many dispos staff have no idea what they’re even selling. These guys can tell exactly what you need in seconds. And their product line up is always changing and they have probably the best products you can find for all price ranges.

Don’t write many reviews but my first experience at Elevated was great. The customer service was top notch. Elijah was especially helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he made some good recommendations.

I came in not knowing what I wanted to buy, I just knew I was looking for indica. Luckily, Elijah was great help and suggested some really good products. He was very knowledgable and he answered every question I had.

Order placed @ 9:30 am on a wednesday with a 30-60 minute delivery window, it’s noon and haven’t heard anything from them. Been on hold for 20 minutes now, can’t cancel the order through weedmaps and still have a 30-60 minute ETA. Wild having a $200 cash minimum delivery

Ordered a delivery around 2 pm called around 5 pm to find out my order won’t becoming because there driver left an there other car broke an they didn’t calor anything to let me know so guess I won’t be ordering from again after giving me a bunch of excuses just let me know if my order wasn’t gonna come

I placed an order about 5:30 on a Sunday evening I didn't receive it until well after 2 hours later when the order arrived upon checking it it was incorrect. I called them immediately they said that they would be happy to send the correct products and pick up the incorrect products the next day fine I figure they'll do it 1st thing in the morning. Wrong it's one o'clock and I just received my order. They gave me a 2 hour window of time so now I've waited more than 4 hours of my time to get my order. They don't even send a pre roll or anything to say "Hey we messed up, we're sorry, we appreciate your business, thanks for being patient with us, kiss my butt, or anything. Not good business in my book. good luck
