Easy, Quick & Loved my 1st delivery

My experience with this place, as my very 1st Weedmaps order, was awesome. Came when promised and I am super happy with my selection. Our delivery Driver Cody was friendly and I was very happy with what I received in my delivery. I would definitely recommend and they have a ton of products and brands you can trust to choose from- let's get it, y'all!!

Unprofessional

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order Saturday for Delivery on Sunday between 7pm-10pm (which was one of their selectable delivery windows) as I work during the day. I received no text message or call ahead of time from the driver (standard among all other services I use on Weedmaps). Driver arrived at my home at 2pm when I was at work and no where near my scheduled time. I chatted with support online who said they would get ahold of the Hanford store to fix the situation and request a redelivery within my original scheduled time. No redelivery attempt was made. Instead they canceled my order. Only order here if you like wasting your time and not receiving the items you want during your delivery window. Won’t attempt to order here again.

Why are you on Weedmaps if you won’t deliver

Placed an order at 11AM for a drop off time of 12-3pm. Waited until 3:45pm to contact someone because they’re usually on time. Comes to find out that they won’t even deliver my order because I ordered though Weed maps. So I waited 5 hours for an order that they could have just cancelled on their end and saved me a bunch of time waiting for them to show up? If you won’t deliver orders placed through Weed Maps, then why even have the option or have your store on here. Super disappointed because I used to love ordering from here. Not sure what happened but I will continue ordering though iSpark from now on for my weed.

Poor Quality

I received my order that was delivered last night. I ordered the Monogram #4 Flower (3.5 ounce). There were 3 rock hard lumps and I was not happy. I chatted with a representative and let her know. She did nothing but say ok thanks for telling us. I will never order again from them.

Finally got my ETA my pods are being delivered 6 hours after I place an order never received a message back from staff or any sort of apology they seem to think this is totally normal will be leaving another review if there's something wrong with my order but the fact that it's taken 6 hours is disgusting

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

These folks are the absolute worst for deliveries. I placed an order at 9 AM this morning, for a deliver time of 12-3 PM. No one came. I called Caliva and they said they driver forgot to pick up my order, and that the new delivery time would be between 5-6 PM. They still didn't arrive. I called again. They said the new time was 7:45 PM. I also had to correct my address with them since they don't get address updates through Weedmaps. The driver finally arrived at 7:45 PM, and then told me they only take cash. Every other delivery service I've used takes cards. I didn't have any cash and he left. These guys suck. Avoid ordering from them at all costs. Embarc and The Artist Tree in Clovis/Fresno seem much more reliable.
