Finally got my ETA my pods are being delivered 6 hours after I place an order never received a message back from staff or any sort of apology they seem to think this is totally normal will be leaving another review if there's something wrong with my order but the fact that it's taken 6 hours is disgusting

I had to go back to a previous order to write this because I canceled it, they didn't tell me they were on their way didn't send invoice and didn't answer the phone when I tried to call and ask for it I was waiting for an eta message so I could tell the driver I was canceling the order but instead 2 and a half hours later got a message that said he was at my house they routinely do their out of town deliveries first so if you're nearby expect to wait for hours
