Was charged $112.50 by the lady who delivered instead of the quote at $90.81 by Wm. Order came in after 3 hours and contacting a few different people. Was told to contact different people and told that they don't serve pasadena but then they dropped my order off anyways. I was grateful for them working with me and bringing me the order but they definitly lost a return customer tonight. I was going to tip the delivery driver like 25 bucks for making the trip after getting lost. She said things like its 5 dollars extra to Use a card? Then she said her phone didn't work and she asked me to zelle the money. Feels like I was scammed as I have no receipt as to what Zaza actually charges. WM says they are still packing my order as I post this review.... I would have been happy to pay for the difference if it was disclosed. I've never ordered 90 dollars of pizza and then been charged 25% more. If you live in pasadena just find somewhere local. If you live in glendale.... good luck! 👍
