Lied to me about my products I was receiving.

I had to double back on this reply because the company said I provided inaccurate information. (Instead of ZaZa saying “according to our records”, they should have said “according to MY records” because ZaZa and I have a heavy confliction about how the order was handled) Let me be clear, they lied about my product on a phone call to make money off me, now they are lying about me to make cheap money off yall. They sold MY product to another customer, asked me if I wanted a substitute, I said no, then started an argument with me when I said I would buy from another company. They might have a good reputation, but this is how they’ll act on the days they want to sell your product to customers who ordered after you. They lied to me about my products I was receiving. They told me they cancelled my order because I didn’t answer my phone, but I called them and they said they were actually out of stock. The dishonesty was unnecessary and dishonesty THAT unnecessary is worth looking into.

Never again !!’ordered at 2:45 pm . I called told and asked for eta he said 2 hours , even tho the app said 20-60 mins . So I waited for another 2 and half hours and the guy said he was 20 mins away . He didn’t even come to the door as I requested. It was pouring rain . Then had the audacity to tell me there was gonna be a charge for using my card after 5 and half hours of waiting . I said forget it !!!! Within 20 mins my hubby pulled up and I was able to go get my flower within 10 mins .

Hello, and also sorry about your experience. As your post reveals it had been pouring rain outside so it had been an issue with delivery times had been late not just for us but for anyone that had been driving in that weather. It was not due to the rain for the driver not to come outside but due to store policy to ensure the safety of our drivers from robberies and other sorts of danger. Also do not charge for any online transfers such as zelle, venmo, etc, but yes we do charge $5 for card as many other retailers do as well. We are sorry for the bad experience you had with us and we will strive to do better.
