I ordered 2 cartridges at 7:10pm last night (a Thursday). The ETA for delivery was 30-60 minutes. I’m in Duarte, which is the next town over from where this shop is supposed to be. At the 2 hour mark, no one had called, text, or made the delivery, so I called the shop. Phone rang 15+ times and no one answered. I next text them and received a reply several minutes later that driver was on the way and the phone hadn’t stopped ringing. Nearing the 3 hour mark, I text again and asked for an ETA and never received a reply. No one ever called, text, or showed up. Today I text them again and asked them to cancel the order (still shows as pending as we speak on the app), and they again didn’t respond. What a joke for customer service!! Never been ghosted on a delivery like this before.

We added a dispatcher dedicated to answering calls/texts during peak hours, so you aren’t stuck in a queue. If we ever expect to miss the 45–70 minute window, we’ll proactively text a revised ETA—or offer to cancel with no hassle.
