Weed quality was bogus compared to how it was advertised

I placed an order I called the number to ask about payment options person who answered phone identified themselves as delivery driver. (SHE) was adamant about cash but did say you all except Zelle with a 7$ fee I don’t have cash on me I don’t drive so I was ok with that. I asked her a couple questions about Zelle she says don’t you have someone at home who can help you. SMH not helpful quit rude About an hour later my order was cancelled I called n young bulls to find out why my order was canceled sent to voicemail 3x I left a message. About customer service and business which I’m quite excellent in both. And this individual the delivery driver is not. Is this how you treat new customers or all customers. How do you stay in this overly competitive business. I’m not mad at ya. Wish you the best
