I paid $100 for an $87 order.. when I open the bag, it doesnt have my free gift... ok, whatever I did tip him so im sure hell make it right, so I text him a picture of my confirmation where it says ill get a free gift. I inform him about forgetting my gift.. he tells me next time just tell them I forgot your gift and you'll get 2... IDK his name. I dont order stuff everyday, my dude... i tipped you for good service. So i expected him to be solid about it... you see I delivered pizzas for most of my 20's so I guess they just dont teach customer service like they used to. No only does that suck, That is very frustrating. That is what deserves no tip. He is why I will try to go to a different location. In the end I do realize its my fault I should have checked before I paid or at least i should have tipped after I got it... then i would have seen it was not there and if he gave it to me i could have tipped we live and we learn, I guess.
