Terrible Product & Even Worse Customer Service
This was a huge disappointment. The product arrived leaking badly, completely covered in liquid, with a mess stuck in the middle of the packaging. It was gross and clearly damaged, making it unusable from the start. To make matters worse, customer service was no help at all. I reached out hoping for a solution, and all they said was, “Send pictures.” I did exactly that — and then they just left me on read. No follow-up, no apology, no resolution. It honestly felt like they didn’t care at all. I wouldn’t recommend this product or this seller to anyone. Terrible experience from start to finish
