I was told I could pay thru zelle and when the driver arrived(after about 2 hours) he charged an extra fee because unpaid thru zelle. It's not that he charged or how much, its just after waiting 2 hours to still be charged a fee. Other than that, the person I talked to, from X Group was really cool, customer service was the best.

I would have given 5 stars except they were out of 3/6 items ordered (the 3 Stiizy ones). George called and helped me replace the 3 products-2 white label and 1 grey label-and offered to make the replacements all grey label which was very generous. He also added a pouch of gummies for the inconvenience. Within 10 minutes of updating my order on the phone, he arrived with the delivery. Such a kind and helpful man! I will order again purely based on the customer service!
