Never delivered my order and falsely marked it as delivered. They refused to honor the required tax exemption for valid medical patients even though their listing claims a medical license. Staff kept saying they were too busy and that no manager was available, and nothing was resolved. This business is brand new with almost no reviews, and based on this experience I seriously question the legitimacy of their medical license and operations. I would not trust this place.

Delivered the wrong thing. I was told 20-25 minutes for replacement. More than 30 minutes goes by with no update. I text driver for update. He says his boss will text me. Never does. So I text them….THEY then say 15-20 minutes….THAT was over 30 minutes ago. So now I’m going in over and hour of pin ball trying to get what I actually ordered to my door. Original order went in at 8:01, it’s now 10pm. I’ve worked all day and I’ve been trying to get in the bath for over an hour now. I just want to get in my bath and smoke. Smh this is ridiculous
