The delivery drivers are usually fast and reliable, which I really appreciate. At first glance, the prices seem cheaper than other services, but the taxes add up quickly. Since there are no discounts offered because the prices are already considered “low,” the total cost can actually end up being higher once everything is added up. For example, I usually order the same two products. Even though the item price here is $30 less per product compared to another retailer, the taxes bring the subtotal up so much that I actually end up paying around $10 more overall with this company. I think this is a good service, but offering small discounts or loyalty incentives could make a big difference and keep customers like me ordering more often because I do appreciate the speed of the delivery drivers
