usually i love this delivery service but the past few times ive run into issues. on august 5 i placed an order at 7:50 pm at 9:07 i was notified that my order would be here at 9:20 and at 9:20 i was told i wouldnt be recieving my order because the driver ran out of one of the items i requested which was no big deal although wish it didnt happen after i already recieved confirmation and then the next day august 6 i had to reorder the delivery in which they still only gave me one preroll instead of 2 which i ordered, which again i mistakenly let slide. and on august 7th i placed an order at around 8:50 and recieved a call i wouldnt recieve my order till the next morning at 10 am i wouldnt of minded if i didnt have issues with this service the times prior. i was told on the phone to keep the order going and i would hear from them in the morning, when checking this morning my order had been marked as " completed" so just overall discouraged from even ordering again

I have always been very picky when it comes to my smoke, I have a high tolerance and love variety. Honestly rebuds was amazing, if you use their website they have a live menu. Out of 12 items only 1 was out of order and they replaced it with something just as amazing. I appreciated the same day, within hours confirmation and last minute changes, luckily just the one, and I got quite a few things, only two were same brand, this is one place you could not go wrong. Of Course I had ATM problems and had a cool Driver Sergey had to turn away but just made another order, called bank and sorted it. Thanks rebud!
