The service has been consistently quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I have never had to wait longer than 1 hour to recieve my ordered products, and that is very rare. Average is 20-30 minutes consistently and on the fun occasions 10 minutes or less. Every time I reach out, I get a prompt response and a positive attitude. Even though their system is automated, it definitely feels like im chatting with a person, not a bot on the other end. They don’t just do the job—they go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s refreshing to work with someone who’s reliable, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile. The delivery personnel are friendly, respectful and knowledgeable about products. Their prices are more than fair, especially considering their fast delivery. By far my favorite delivery shop, and I have been ordering from here with regularity for over a year now (back when it was Juana Shoppe).
