The whole transaction was a bit off. First, I only was able to pay cash, no big deal I went and got cash, then I got a text asking to pay thru some app I didn’t know?? Then they called and asked for me to take a pic with my ID, to prove it was me. Then after an hour and a half I called to ask the ETA. There were no updates given. They said the driver was at lunch (4pm?). WeedMaps said they were in HB but they were in Santa Ana. It showed up roughly 2.5 hours after ordering. I also paid roughly 40% tax?? Is that normal? She said that’s Santa Ana tax. I wouldn’t order from them again.

One of the grams I purchased was empty.
I purchased 6 grams of Tropicanna shatter. When I opened one of the berry sorbet packages it had the paper inside but no wax.

This place never ceases to amaze me with how little they care about customers. I ordered 20 minutes after they opened and still somehow had to wat 3.5 hours after I was told 30-60 minutes. No call no notification that they are running late. Then when I call they dont act remorseful at all that they made me wait over 3 times what they said. This place is a joke

Open till 7 or 8 not 10, what a joke
Stop saying you’re open until 10 PM only to call people when they order three hours before closing and tell them you can’t deliver for the rest of the night. I have never ordered from any dispensary that does that, so bogus and whack. You should put it on the website that you’ll close at seven and stop taking orders because you can’t get enough delivery drivers.

Every now and then I come and pick up after a long day of work. Everyone is always nice, and the shop is so clean and welcoming. Adrian helped me out today and he was AMAZING. He was so helpful and had a great attitude, definitely going to continue coming to this location :)

Had an issue using the first time discount and had to call twice, both people were super patient/friendly and got my order squared away. They do tax, however their prices are originally low enough that it evens out to other shops/deliveries. Love the selection of edibles/syrup/tinctures
