Brain dead staff

I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this place and today on a 60 dollar order their payment system was having an issue and they were unable to process my charge. From my end it looked like the charge went through their payment system as normal. The driver delivered the item and left. I opened the package and started using the vape. About 10 minutes later the driver tells me that the order isn’t going through and that he needs to come back and get the item from me. No offer to try to address the payment or what the issue was with payment, just coming back to get it with no additional explanation. I thought this was odd but gave it back. After he left only then did they give me the option to try to pay again. So many things wrong here: 1. Why did nobody tell me until after the fact? Why was there no visibility into a payment issue? 2. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at your place and you’re really going to nickel and dime me on a small order which seems to be a mess up with your payment system. I ordered from another dispensary using the same card no problem right afterwards. Well guess what you lost all future orders from me. 3. What are you going to do with a used cart?

Normally when I order from other places the drivers are kinda one worded and just wanna get in and out but the drivers here seem to take a little more time to hear about your day and make you feel like a friend and establish a connection. My driver Noah was awesome. I was having a bit of a rough day but his friendliness lifted my spirits for sure and so did the products he delivered lol I’ll be back here 100%
