I mean, let us face it, can you be more controversial than that! I mean, in all seriousness, I am sure you can, but I digress. For me, delivery service is new as I am used to being in the shop checking out the good and vibing to the tunes. Nevertheless, here we are, and the man that helped me along the way will be a superstar for you. Let me give that A+ shoutout to Chris from dispatch. Chill, friendly, knowledgeable. Able to answer all my questions and left my customer service hands with a thumbs up! (Give that man a raise!) Product selection is good, so nothing was out of stock when I ordered, so that is a good sign. Pricing is a bit higher than other places for pods, but this is something only you can weigh since everyone's cash flow is different. Delivery time is a little long, but again situation depends on how busy and how many people they have driving. I must say, though, all in all, positive vibes from a positive experience.

ordered from this delivery service a few days ago and I was not disappointed there customer service is on point at least the guy who was helping me over the phone that day was I didn't get his name though they have most of the products weed maps has listed and and no hidden fees or taxes prices are as advertised they made sure I got my ftp deal as well and before sending out my order he called me back to make sure he was sending out the right products which they weren't and he fixed the order and it came with the estimated wait time which was an hour and a half all in all I would hit them back up fire licensed brands/products they got some good jetter flavors too recommend the peach ringz and honeydew flavors shout out tropicanna keep it 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯💯💯💯

Ok in a pinch

From start to finish: I placed an order for delivery at 8:45am. I was contacted about an hour later from a random phone number saying their drivers don't start until 10am, which should be posted. I was also told I had to send a picture of myself next to my DL to another phone number, which is kind of obscure since weed maps already has you upload your DL. No updates until the driver was about 10 minutes away. The driver was nice but had "security" or an Uber passenger in the back, which was a first for me. The driver needed my ID again, then took a picture of it, which was again obscure. The order was correct, but the taxes charged are crazy high. It arrived at exactly 3 hours after the order was placed. They also forgot the 10% off for first time guest. Ok if you're in a pinch but I'd exhaust all other options first. Thanks for at least fulfilling the order

Hello friend, It looks like we missed the mark with your experience. We do apologize about that. We will do something about posting our drivers start time, but whenever we confirm orders. We make sure to inform the members about the start time. The reason for sending a picture of your Id next to you is for verification purposes. Its to make sure that you are who you are and its for the safety of our drivers. The only time they are passengers in the car is when we are having the drivers train the new employees. The drivers will need to see and take a picture every time for a delivery. This is just for proof that we delivered to the correct person. The taxes are crazy high, but we are trying to get them a bit lowered. If we missed to add your first time, we do apologize and we will accommodate you for this grave blunder that occurred. Give us a call and ask to speak with a delivery manager and they will take care of you.

When they called me to confirm my order, I was told my total was 30% more than what my Weedmaps online order said. They said Weedmaps always has the wrong price.
