Late Delivery
First time customer! Order was supposed to arrive between 2PM-3PM. I had to text them that it was late because they don’t reach out with ETA or any service that lets you know when the driver will arrive. Order came an hour late. It’s okay when deliveries take a while, esp with traffic. However, it’s incredibly unprofessional how they have no customer service representatives available and no system to let you know when your driver will arrive. How you got a delivery business but no way to communicate w the people you’re delivering to?
