Everything was fast and easy, my only issue is the purple rain hash is dry sift keif not hash. It was a good color but low quality still it wouldn't even hold shape in a pollen press.

Streaking or Lying to Customers

The sales rep. Specifically told me I had to purchase more items to satisfy the minimum request for an order. The sales rep informed me that the joints were $10 apiece to satisfy the minimum amount.. yet when my order arrived the delivery driver told me that he was under the impression the joints were freebies. This was very disingenuous and I would not recommend it or use it again.

Amazing customer service/ Fire Weed

I am really amazed, I thought I only had 80$ bucks on me and was going for their DEAL and with taxes was over. I said i would do another one of their deals, but they recommended I stuck with my 1st option and glad I did because it was potent for the very low price. I ended up up giving the guy 2 extra 20s$ thinking I only had 80$ and he told me I gave him too much. I have so much respect for those kinda people. These guys will treat you right and if you pay too much on accident they will not take it. give these guys some love for their fire weed and that 1st class customer service.

just purchased their cali orange special and couple grams of the jelly bean Sunday. delivery and service has always been one of their strongest assets, but just today they went above and beyond and blew my mind away. I went to work yesterday, and as many people do, use public transportation to get to and from work. upon arriving back to my vehicle yesterday however, turned into a nightmare as my car was ransacked, papers and misc items strewn in and around my car. my backpack in the trunk had my order inside packed with clothes as I was staying with friends that night. after filing the police report and etc. I went home defeated. on a whim I reached to tok, offering only honesty and to see if they could accommodate me given the circumstances. and not only did they surprise me with their willingness to help, but they showed genuine empathy and care throughout the process. I was always a big fan of theirs, but after today, will always be a loyal customer. thank you again ToK!

Absolutely wonderful.

I purchased a half of the 707 smalls, and they were fire. perfect 707 high, and even though my delivery driver got a flat tire, they still completed their order in a manner that was considerate of the customer. My only regret, is that I didn't buy more from them. In a single purchase, this delivery company blew my expectations. They give you a good deal, and it doesn't feel like it's nothing but stems and leaves. Good product, good people, good prices and good customer service from real human beings. Not much more one can ask from from a delivery service.
