Great Service !
I don’t usually use apps for delivery, but I find this one super organized and the process very smooth. As I confirmed my ID and order via text, I noticed an issue with my order. It was a super quick and easy fix on their side. The person helping me was super sweet and did their best to follow through with my order. They even notified me that my delivery would be delayed. I know working on the weekend can be tough, but their attitude was super positive and welcoming! ~ Awesome ✨

I did the Buy 2 get 1 free of the Raw Cart 0.3G's and after waiting for 3.5 hours the deal was not honored..... still haven't heard back from them either when I emailed them about it.

Delivery Never Came
So I put my order in at 11:45p and paid them via there payment app. I was told that my delivery eta was 3:40a! So I waited up from 11:45p to 3:00a. I received a call saying that the driver was in Stockton and was unable to deliver. I tried to follow up with them this morning since they are supposed to be opened at 6a but they’re NOT…. I haven’t received a refund or response yet. Just bad business

They take forever to deliver to you, unresponsive as hell, and too pricey. Speed up delivery times and work on that awful customer service please ! Great products and a variety, but thats it . Terrible service, great products.

Misplaced my order, had to follow up by calling like a million times in one day. No one to speak with. No respect for customer and the person I talked to after waiting for 2 hours had 0 respect to talk to customer. I’d suggest not using top shelf services

Great Product Great Prices for Flower
My experience has been positive every time I order from Top Shelf. The prices are good, the flower is great and communicating through text has always worked best for me. They deliver to your residence so don’t plan on getting your delivery anywhere else. Safety concerns are probably why they follow that protocol. The shortage of reasonable patients is evident from some of these posts. Complaining about an $80 minimum order (hello, they are coming from San Jose so don’t get too upset if you can’t match it). And frankly you would be better served to check out the menu, do your research on the strains or product(Leafly is good) and try to be prepared. In other words be a responsible patient as well.
