Took the order, asked me to pre-pay. Completed the pre-pay and then they stopped communicating and marked the order as delivered, despite never sending the order out..... quite the scam

4 hour wait time
Reached out 2 hours after order due to delivery time showing 30-60 at initial request to see hold up was advised this is a “weedmaps” issue jot reporting accurate delivery time was told drive on way back about 20 mins , then was updated driver has 1 stop now before me arrival of 1145 still not delivered…. By far the worst experience any time I order from this delivery service. Unprofessional by all means

Weak product
The container of pills said 1000mg in the whole bottle. I had to take 8 of the pills ,”256mg”in order to feel any affect from the edibles. Weak product would not recommend wasting your money on this 80 dollar bottle of trash. On top of that my order kept getting delayed and ended up arriving 4 hours after the original delivery time? Not a good experience at all. What a waste of time and money.

Friendly service!
This is my 3rd time ordering through top shelf express and I’ve gotta say that the service is good! It usually takes half an hr for them to receive your order before it’s processed, but can’t blame them for being busy and getting the trees ready. But as soon as they receive your order, they get on top of business and gets it delivered within 20 mins (depending on your location, of course). Within my experience, they’re friendly and professional. Their products are pretty fire as well haha. Would definitely recommend!
