I would place an order with another company I go to ck out have price, then they would hit me with a different price then the check out price. Terrible communication

Placed an order at 7:45pm for asap delivery. Recieved a text from Top Shelf Express to confirm order and payment method and then was left on order recieved until 10pm....tried calling to cancel the order so i could place a different order through someone else and my call was sent to voicemail 3 times. Complete waste of my time and because I ordered an OZ i couldnt order elsewhere with the pending order because of state limits to 1 oz. Worst weedmaps experience yet

Every driver I've had has been extremely professional and personable. I had an issue a couple orders ago with one of the products being labeled one thing and ended up showing at my home not as described. needless to say I wasn't happy so when I proceeded to contact whomever was working the phones that evening basically ready to stir up a bunch of crap, the person I spoke to without even knowing or trying, calmed me down, and was able to straighten out the situation.
