This was my third time ordering from Top Shelf Express and have not been disappointed. Good selection of products and a convenient way of ordering. The product is as described and the prices are fair after taxes. Delivery drivers are nice and professional. The delivery time is reasonable considering the amount of area they cover. Overall a good delivery service. 👍

They fixed my problem. Took a lil while, and its a little boujee prices but it delivers and takes you where you wanna go, hope you can get 5 stars on your next drop off. This time 4 stars because i had to do it twice for yall to get it right

I placed an order at 1030pm.. I had to text all my info I already put on weed maps, plus a selfish with my ID, then was given a 2 hour wait time, then they called and canceled my order due to NO DRIVER! It's ironic a delivery service with no drivers. I believe that tells it all. And they canceled it at 1am. Plus weed maps message said they said it was delivered, but it was not. Definitely not professional at all. It's sad to have to wait and then be canceled. Not cool not fair. They should have to pay me a service fee for waiting for nothing.

This place is a scam 100% never delivered anything and demanded a selfie with my drivers license and prove of residency and when I provided both they stopped responding to me

Terrible customer service/ communication placed an order at 9:05 was told eta is 60-90 minutes it has been 2 hours with no update since it said its on route and I live 10 minutes from the listed location they should not accept orders with no intent to fulfill them

I gave 5 stars based on the bud quality. This spot has the straight fire and 10g for $100 is a steal. The wait time was about 4 hours, but that seems to be the norm with delivery services. I will for sure be back.

Wanted some hash, budder & quality clean flower. Placed order at 8:45am through weed maps. AWSOME service. Top Shelf Express contacted me within an hour of placing order. We texted back an forth to complete my order. At 9:52am was advised could be 2-3 hrs for delivery. At 10:20 my order was completed and total amount due received ( I change my mind a couple times) 11:35 am I received a text that top shelf delivery was on their way, 31 min and included an app to track your driver. Knew exactly when he was arriving. The hash is great as is the flower. Great service great product, I have tried a few places. I will be placing future orders.
