Order never shows up on time. Was told tonight my order will arrive at 10:40 and never came. I called to verify my order was still coming and was told it’s a delay on the delivery it will arrive at 11:40. It’s now 12 and still no order. Called and no answer. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I’m done!

I felt a bit weird to be honest, but after I got my delivery, the weed was great and I didn’t have to leave the comfort of my home. Took forever but besides that...

The delivery driver had all of his orders in an orderly fashion (bagged and lined up in a box), which was nice. It took 2 hours for the delivery guy to come but they did give me a 90 - 120 minute window so I was expecting that. All in all it was a good experience.

2nd order I cancelled

I placed my first order a little after 10pm yesterday. I was given a two hour delivery window. At 1:04 am I received a message my order was 30 minutes away. I cancelled. Today I ordered at 3:16 and was given a 2-3 hour window. At 6:25 I messaged to check we’re my order was and I was given an estimated arrival of 8 or 8:30 pm I don’t remember. I cancelled again. Weed Maps generally has reliable vendors.

Make sure all your items are in the bag upon delivery!!! If items are missing refuse the delivery or you will pay for items you did not receive. Customer service is non existent!!

I’ve tired multiple times to order from top shelf

I have tried multiple times to order from this dispensary, I am more upset that I even tired again I ordered at 10:23 pm and it’s now 12:20 I received an order confirmation and reached out at 11/25 and was told they were still waiting for order to be assigned. I messaged again at 12:10 and didn’t get a response. This dispensary should not be on weed maps, unlike three trees or Bento dispensary who actually deliver and in a timely manner. I have not received my order from this dispensary the last FEW times I tried to order, they are not interested in general customer satisfaction.
