Recently haven’t been having a good experience for the past couple of months which is weird bc the past year has been great, when I can get somebody on the phone they say they’re having issues but nothing that’s clear. Online orders are canceled without explanation and when you call to place an order, they don’t answer the phone.

BEWARE my recent order from Top Shelf Express was delivered with the wrong products, and though I explained the mistake to the delivery driver over the phone, there was no attempt to correct the mistake! Like magic the company just disappeared, with the cash. So my Top Shelf Express customer service grade is an F, I am moving on to another local business.
