Poor Delivery Time
Normally I don’t write reviews for anything, but I couldn’t help but be drawn to writing this. First and foremost none of the employees were rude in the slightest, they were very kind. I made my order right before 4pm, received confirmation shortly after from James with a notice of 4 orders being ahead of mine, understandably it is a Friday so I expected it them to be busy. An hour after, I received a text from a different driver (Jessie) who stated he had my order now with a few orders ahead still. It was a total of 3 hrs and some change that I was waiting. I understand there are many factors that play into delivery times but this just seems a bit excessive. To whoever is managing please find a better system to suit your drivers who are making these trips and for paying customers to at least receive their orders in a reasonable time frame. I wish I could say this was the only instance but it happened before with my first time ordering from them sometime last year.

You know I would have given them five stars, fast polite, punctual. But when the driver told me the price, they took the liberty of rounding up (from .26) to the next dollar instead of telling me the exact price. I even asked them to repeat the price for me a second time and again they added $0.74 to the real price. What retailer does that? None...

Amazing/ Friendly Service!
Upon delivery Kevin was super nice and polite. After the delivery I noticed an item missing. Not a big deal so I emailed them since it was after hours. Within 15 min of my delivery Kevin called and caught the missing item and came all the way back to my house to give me the item after hours. Very happy with the customer service and quality of my items! I will be using Toasty again!

Used stiizy pod
Normally I don’t trip but low key spent over $100 on pods and I usually reup every 2 weeks or so as it is a common delivery service I use until now. Initially I ordered 2 stiizy pods both OG kush. After placing the order based on their availability via their live menu only to be notified 20 minutes later that the driver only had 1 of the available pods I had. I ordered a different pod based on what they had and continued with my order. I ver that the stiizy box barcode said authentic so I opened up the box to enjoy my pod only to notice that the pod looks half smoked and there’s grease residue around the mouthpiece and around the pod itself highly suspect. Idk I feel weird about it. Looks like the driver or whoever was smoking it and decided to regift it to me. Will Never be coming back here again.
