Tumble Weed *UPDATE* They Care!
I never leave reviews. The website was well designed and easy to use. I received my order in sealed bags with the company logo and the delivery was smooth with text updating delivery ETA.. The flowers however, are DRIED to a CRISP!! You can't just break a nugg off, the whole bud falls a part and then you're smoking shake!! I do not recommend them based on what I received!! I see other reviewers mentioning similar issues.** UPDATE** I WAS WILLING TO GIVE THE SOURCE ANOTHER TRY SINCE THEY REACHED OUT TO MY FEEDBACK WANTING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. EVEN BEFORE I LEFT FEEDBACK THEY ALREADY PULLED THAT DEFECTIVE STRAIN OFF THE MENU. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH ME AND I GOT THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY CARED! THEY HOOKED ME UP WITH A BOMB BAG OF SUNSET SHERBET AND IT WAS FRESH AND POTENT. THEY DID NOT ASK ME TO DO AN UPDATE I FELT THEY DESERVED IT! PEACE~

I usually don't write review out of the blue, unless there's some kind of promotion on, but I had to shout out The Source because of their amazing service! I ordered a 5-pack of prerolls and I received an empty opened package. I called up my driver who had just dropped off my order (not even the person I was supposed to call) and without skipping a beat they replaced my pack and threw in an extra roll for the inconvenience. Will definitely be a customer for a while.

Reliable, stress free
Lately the source has been my go-to delivery service. I work a lot so I don’t have the time to go to mom’s or slocal or any of the spots in other towns. I get off work at 5, place an order, and I’m lit by 6. I’d even go as far as to say they’re at my door within 30 min 90 percent of the time. I just wish I could tip the drivers via card machine still, I often don’t have cash on me and end up feeling bad for not rewarding honest, reliable, and prompt service. Eco, Braden, and another guy with glasses who’s name escapes me at the moment, have been the guys I see most and deserve a shoutout.
