the delivery driver not being able to figure out what a “PEDESTRIAN”(people size) not car size) gate is was pretty funny, her “I hate this job” tone when dealing with a customer was pretty funny too. I swear I’ve ordered from yall countless times, and every driver has been awesome, but whoever that was….doesnt need to be anywhere near a customer…idk I just worked customer service too long to know that it’s not that hard to put on a fake smile and act like you don’t hate your life, trash customer service always rubs me the wrong way 😂

We had some technical difficulties with the debit machine but luckily I had cash on hand so you guys didn't have to send another person out. Wasn't mad as I know it can happen with technology and the driver was very nice. Hopefully regulations soften up so you can just pay online one day.

Lied and Failed to deliver.
Delivery lies about ETA, marks your order complete when it's not delivered, lies that it will arrive at all after making you wait 5 hours for nothing. Garbage, might as well close these fakes up.

Overall Disappointment
I ordered at 1:30. Order was lost. They arrived at 5, with a completely different total amount. I refused the order and reached out to The Sanctuary for explanation. I spoke with two different managers with absolutely zero resolution. An apology would have been sufficient.

Instructions not followed by driver
I LOVE the Sanctuary. However, I had a frustrating experience. My instructions have always been for the driver to wait curbside to complete the transaction. However, I wasn't notified when the driver arrived and he knocked on the front door and because I was rushed to meet him, I couldn't grab all my cash and had to use my card. The whole thing was frustrating. I don't want anyone in trouble, but please make sure the drivers know to follow the delivery instructions. Thank you.
