Great store minimal hassle.

They delivered hybrid instead of indica.

i ordered 2 indica carts for delivery at 5pm today. this place is ridiculous and unprofessional. if i had known they were taking 2-3 hours for delivery i wouldnt have ordered. if they told me they were out of my product, i wouldnt have ordered from them. i had to call them after an hour and a half passes asking what my ETA was and they told me they only had 2 drivers and it was a long wait. i so i waited. got a text saying i would receive my order at 7:30, i didnt get my order delivered until 7:45. when my 2 cartridges were delivered they were both sativa instead of them being both indica like i ordered! then the driver tells me that they cannot do anything for me, call the store. so i did, and the people at the store told me that they substituted my carts to sativa. the EXACT OPPOSITE of what i ordered. after the ridiculous substitution, they told me that i had to now come down to the shop and get a replacement. the replacement was awful. 8:30 was when i got the replacement carts

Received my ahead of when I was told it would be arriving. Customer was friendly and helpful.

Excellent products. Excellent customer service. Robin was the real mvp replacing one of my items for me and making sure I was still set up. Justin the driver was quick and super friendly as well. Overall 100/10

I spoke with rep to confirm order and they said it was coming then they completel it and never delivered

With nothing but experience and honesty I can say this has to be the best dispensary I have been to from the Bay Area to Sacramento. I have been to so many different kind of dispensary’s but this one is so different in their diversity in flavors, brands, as well as prices. They have literally everything and anything you need. The staff are friendly and really nice to talk to. Literal 10 out of 10 from me!

They sold out quickly of the rosin I was looking for but the staff was very kind and helpful. They took the time to check what they had in stock and even found an alternative for me, most places don’t go out of their way to do that. I really appreciate the extra effort they showed, just to go out of their way for me. I’ll remember that and definitely be calling back when they stock back up! Thank you :)
