This place is getting ridiculously unprofessional. I've ordered from them for a while now, but no longer. Waiting 4+ hours for my delivery with no contact or reason is simply unacceptable behavior for any service. I called 4 times in total. First time was the order, told it'll be a while, an hour and half, which is fine, understandable on a busy day. The next time I called, the woman hung up on me without providing any reason or timeline, the third time I called someone else answered and didn't know how to explain what was going on, but promised it would show up within another 45 minutes. When that time was up, I called again. The gentleman that answered, though friendly, was not helpful. Stop apologizing, and correct the issue; you didn't even offer compensation for wasting people's time. There are MANY places other than this one you can order from, I suggest anywhere but here. Unprofessional, unacceptable.

They sold out quickly of the rosin I was looking for but the staff was very kind and helpful.
