Great first time
First time ever ever looking into a dispensary and ordering. The menu was easily understandable and the communication through out the entire transaction was 5 star alone. I received accurate up to date info regarding my order and it was prepared and delivered quicker than I expected. Will definitely be ordering again!

they help me pick good choices if my choice isn’t available. Deliveries never ever been more than 30 minutes. The buds are all delicious even cheaper ones aren’t so bad. I like to be able to text my order get my invoice and tell them when to come over. This has worked out well for me. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought six 8ths $50 and $65 each and I have to say every single one of them was good. Which ones... I’m Not telling my favs.... bottom line it’s all good. Very pleased with this Place. What do I like the most probably yes the pot it’s all good but I really really like the delivery and I don’t have to leave my house. And I’m an early morning person so 7am open works good for me. Lastly I like that I can text my order. Find out what’s available and what’s not then they text my total before they get here. 5 ⭐️ And delivery driver Bruce was really cool also 😀

These guys are the best. Ordering online just made every thing easier. Love these guys, always deliver with a smile, holding it down for Diego. Lost hope about getting flower without pesticides then I found verified brands here, it was on. Been shopping the Grove for all my needs and they never let you down. Even recommending top shelf flower that wasn’t just to sell out. Their (bud tenders) choices are always a star above the rest. Hoping they never shut down because they are literally the best in town.

Finally.. You can order thru weedmaps! Great products from flower to edibles. Delivery is quick. If they run out of something you ordered they will quickly get back to you to find something else. I've used The Grove for walk-ins before the lockdown. Shop is always clean and in the open view, with windows. Not a claustrophobic environment like most shops out there. This property also has their own security team to look out for your safety first.

They’re my favorite
I have been a customer both in store and through delivery, and I have gone to multiple dispensaries and used different delivery services, and this is my favorite for both. I really do like this place, in store is always good, but I do have small issues with the delivery sometimes. I never have problems with the drivers, but the people that take your orders can take a long time to respond and miscommunication does happen a bit often. I placed an order recently, and due to them being out of stock of something I ordered, I was called by the store letting me know and asking how I’d like to have my order changed. I let them know what I wanted, and was then abruptly hung up on, not given my new total or a review on what I had ordered. It was a bit surprising but I know it is a really busy store so he may have been in a rush. Overall, it is an amazing store, and I really do like going there. The people are really nice and it is very professional. My only issue is the order taking process and how the customers are handled sometimes over the phone.
Orders arrived late
Orders arrived late had to confirm order over the phone. Order total is always different when your order arrives.
Rude Security and uneducated staff.
Staff tried to tell me and take away my point/credit that I had saved in my account because they “had to make me a new one” after I have been and shopped there many times before. Then as I got into my car I was in the middle of a phone call and the security rushed me and told me to leave as they would rather have me risk talking on the phone and driving instead of me hanging up my phone call and stashing my medicine away in a safe place in my vehicle. The service used to be really good here from what i remembered, which is why I Decided to go back but they have completely changed. I’m not sure if it was new staff or just new rude attitudes they all developed.
