It ABSOLUTELY has a taste of way too sweet but it doesn’t have a specific flavor profile so mixes well in a lot of things. If you mix it in something sugary it will be VERY sugary. Also St aides only has about 50ml of product in it despite the 60ml claim. I’ve written to St Ides about it several times but the company doesn’t respond to customers.
