I ordered an 8th Of marathon OG and an 8th alien labs Kryptochronic at 7. driver showed up with my order at 930 and went on to say how the shop was luted so they didn't have the alien labs and sent out archive Moonbow which I won't be opening because I didn't order it. When I'm spending good money on medicine id expect to be able to get what i want.

First I let them know I was making the payment with card then the driver arrives with a machine that had no paper so my card couldn’t even get processed to make the payment stood outside for more than 30 min for them to fix the situation on their end while I spoke to my bank to find out of it was my end which it wasn’t . They weren’t able to fix it and literally wasted almost 40 minutes of my day save your time and go somewhere better like the reserve over on balboa smh really worst experience ever

Ok it was a Friday night and my normal guy didn’t have what I needed - a friend suggested I check this place out: • Their menu is awesome. Something for me as a daily smoker, something for me as a top shelf treat, four prerolls and two packs of gummies later...and I didn’t break the budget. •Their response time was surprisingly good. Even at the start of the weekend and as a new (medical) patient, the whole process took maybe 2.5 hours total. •The delivery guy was super young, and such a sweetheart. He was really patient with me getting to the door (disability on my part) and didn’t mind my “attack cuddle dog” reading him the riot act while he waited. Overall, five star experience the whole way through - and the products were fantastic. Exactly what this old hippie needed. ❤️

these guys have the best menu in San Diego as well as the best prices! They got to my house in less than an hour which is amazing Especially during these times !! Thanks to my driver nick for going the extra mile.

I have ordered from the grove for a while and they have always been helpful, fast delivery, and great customer service. I had an issue where some of my referral points disappeared and they handled and corrected the situation within minutes. I would not go or order from anyone else!

But everyone I spoke to was more than happy to work on solving it. I received a delivered order that had the wrong product. The resolution wasn't fast, but it was friendly.

I placed an order through the site got a message that it was ready for delivery three hours later and still no delivery. I called and they said I'm next in line that was an hour ago. I don't get it they charge a delivery fee then expect a tip when they show up maybe 4 to 5 hours later. This is not the first time and weedmaps and dispensaries don't care because at the end of the day it's supply and demand.

So you order $300 worth of marijuana and they want to charge you five dollars to deliver it. I’ve never heard of such a stupid thing. It was difficult to understand the girl on the phone. And half of the stuff that I wanted to get apparently they didn’t have. I’ll try a better company.
