I just wanted to share the incredible experience I had with The Flying Leaf. I’ve been a customer for several years. Always been extremely happy with the quality of the flower, their responsiveness when ordering and the incredible customer service of their delivery drivers. When I picked up this week, I didn’t notice till I got home that one of my choices didn’t smell right and was not up to their usual quality. I emailed them through WM and explained the situation. I immediately got a response by email and then text. They apologized profusely, explained how that it slipped pass their quality control. They then told me that I could pick up a replacement of my choosing at my convenience. I picked that up today and I really couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product I got and the customer service received. I highly recommend this company. When they say 100% guaranteed, they really mean it. Quick, easy and efficient. The Flying Leaf is #1 in my book.
