Placed an order around 7:30AM only to find out they didn’t have a driver available. The girl then says that they can deliver the order around noon or before, we say okay. At 11:11AM my husband calls to confirm the ETA then is told the driver won’t be able to make the delivery until after 12. Like WTF y’all couldn’t have called to tell us that!?? We’ve been waiting for hours!!! We order from this spot frequently even though they’ve messed up on our orders multiple times. They have good product but poor customer service! We will not be using them again.
