Product was 5 stars but not the customer service
This was my first and last time using this delivery service. They were very rude over the phone, the women on the phone had a tone of “ why are you calling me ?” I found it to be very uncalled for. There was also a 2 hour delay between the hours they said they were delivering and when I got the delivery. I understand that with delivery comes the convenience but this was not convenient at all. Overall the product isn’t good enough to deal with the subpar service

Wrong order
My order was completely wrong. You could see what I was given. It was dark when the delivery person was handed me my bag so I didn’t notice until I came in the house.

If I can give a 0 star review I would. 1st issue is according to them the price displayed on here is incorrect. They will add additional charges even after the total with tax has already been calculated on here(I wonder what the BBB would think about bait and switching customers). 2nd issue They are very unorganized. Clamed the driver called after I called asking about my schedule drop off time of 4-5pm(my phone never rang once). Then kept saying the driver was on the way every 30 mins(I had to call them 4 times). 3rd issue Told by the budtender that my items needed to be substituted. I then spoke to the manager who stated all the items were out for delivery and available and would be there at 910pm with a different amount. Do not order unless you like dispointment.
