Good product poor operation.

Honestly, they have great product. And rare. But they haven’t got the delivery windows down. Not able to give accurate eta. And no cardless pay options. Setting up a tap to pay should be a top tier priority imo. And hiring a second driver or setting up a more responsive fleet would make sense. With how instant things are these days. A few more pay options than cash and debit and faster delivery would be nice.
